Mental health is an important element of the quality of human life, and maintain that mental health depends on a lot of factors. One of the threats to mental health is the emergence of stress. Its incidence appears to be gaining momentum, so that has been transforming almost a public health issue. It assumes that in any job there are many conditions that produce stress, and stress audit is an investigation of the causes of stress throughout the enterprise, is a thorough study to determine the causes and reduce the problem.
Although an emerging technology, the results are very encouraging, almost spectacular. In an oil company that became a stress audit, it was reported that the medical licenses down more than two hundred to fewer than two dozen in the span of one year.
