Is Clairol Nice And Easy A Metallic Dye

From the hill of French Restábal

This
Sunday we made a proposal to Encarni, a good stretch of the much hyped Journey of Resistance. It was out that the club had planned ... but sometimes you make changes to the itinerary on the spot if it is appropriate and we all agree. It is not the first time ... will not be the last! In addition, on the basis that the area is kicking Lecrín Valley, any change will give good results: whole region is beautiful.
(who are not of Granada and know her, the entry "In the Valley of Joy" is by the same party).

As some have been 29 km, and by another 27, (in any case, a walk APAN) to an intermediate section of the crossing, which runs from the village of Restábal through Pine Valley, near the Chapel of Christ the shoe and up the hill of French. Round is a rise of about 14 kms with a drop of nearly 800 meters, which runs along roads rural villages, but the ascent is very gradual so comfortable.
For return, we took a little detour in the end we are left in the path that we take up.

The views along the entire route are always spectacular, the people of the valley, the reservoir Béznar, orange groves and lemon trees, the terraces planted with almond trees still in bloom , the eternal substance of Sierra Nevada, white and sunny on one side, and saw Almijara, blue and surrounded by clouds on the other. And occasionally, the silhouette of the chapels (Christ's Shoes and Virgen del Cerro, with those names so ... original.)

This is the Chapel of Christ the shoe, and did you see closely on another occasion. This time we have left it up because it was not our way. How pretty at the top of the hill, so blanquita ... have recently reconstructed the cross, and smashed a thunderbolt. If you look, you will see that the side have been a lightning rod for that not to happen again. Hopefully that works ...!

Along the way the almond blossom, always present. But if you take several weeks and how they are flowers .....¿ yet? I never tire of watching them.

Of the four fellow club members who took part in the Journey of Resistance Encarni was one of the two who managed to complete it: she and Manolo could stand up final ... also Encarni came in the bunch. Both have been our guides on the road today. But really the heroes were the four who had the desire and encouragement to participate ... and I would have liked me to be with them as well, really.

Concha and I in a bend of the road before taking the path to the hill of French, at all times around made us stop and the peer of the photos have not stopped them, of course. The time has accompanied, also ... the sun was very good, but afternoon clouds and the north wind was already quite noticeable.

This is the sidewalk, quite comfortable, by the way, which leads to Collado. Sometimes moved into the thick pine forests and at times seems to be close by vegetation, but the next curve and have reopened all over again the landscape before you .... beautiful route, really. For those who did not know, a real discovery.

At the top of the French Collado have sought a corner sheltered from the wind (which in the highlands blows you know how) to eat. .. just enough time to gobble the sandwiches and little else, since the clouds came from the part of the Almijara - why not! - warning that the time would change.

At a stop to cool their throats on the way back then .... So if I have the opportunity Blight left, my priority is to always cherish it, or tinker, or pull his tail and ears, or even riding on it .... the animal will end up run away from me. It is so good that some instincts awaken in me ...!
Luckily he and Vicente, the owner, I cope with infinite patience.

so very Moorish This entry is actually posted to the shrine of the Virgen del Cerro. As is now very near the end of the route (in Restábal), and we were all tired most of the group walked past .... but Some of us take the trouble to approach the shrine and were amazed: small, new (year 1998), very clean and tidy, and closed only by a locked gate.
a pity that no photograph of the interior. Let's see if next time we go through here ...

These photos have made such beautiful Angus, Victoria, Antonio, Vicente and Manuel. As always, having to choose between all gets it, those that do not put here are just amazing .... if you want to see them all, you know that pages are Rompebotas Trails and full albums. Before

Finally, a fond remembrance for our fellow trails Ricardo, who is undergoing a health bump these days .....¡ mood and recover soon, your hiking group and the mountains are waiting for you!

What Does Acid Reflux Sound Like

Massenet: Meditation from the opera THAIS

Jules Massenet is a French composer of those considered "minor", who lived between 1842 and 1912 and not talk too much, or studied too much, not stand out too much ... until we came upon a small piece of operatic repertoire that has become almost exclusively of chamber music by the frequency with which they usually performed and the large number and variety of versions that have written it.

Massenet lived and died in France. He began studying piano in his mother's hand, and at 10 he entered the Paris Conservatory, where he completed his musical training and worked the rest of his life as professor of composition. Only left his country to complete his studies in Italy, where he was fortunate to meet one of the greats of European Romanticism: Franz Liszt (incidentally, who first introduced Massenet which later became his wife). Massenet

devoted his life to teaching and practice of composition, and although he wrote works of many genres, noted mainly for his opera production. Wrote a total of 25 operas, which include "Manon" and "Werther."
During his life he had quite a reputation, people used to come expectantly at each of its releases, and was always highly regarded in his country.

The piece I bring is really an intermission (Small instrumental piece of music that connected with the next act in the course of the opera "Thais"). It is written in D major, and originally intended for violin, harp and orchestra. For you to understand this piece of music I explain briefly the argument of the opera:

Long ago, in Egypt under the Greeks, lived a beautiful courtesan named Thais worshiper of Venus . The monk Atanael, knowledge, decided to convert to Christianity, and succeeds.
But over time, the monk's intentions change and decides to confess his love when he goes to the convent where she lives in retreat, at which point the girl dying in the middle of a divine vision, God's punishment for trying to woo the monk. So she dies, leaving Atanael alone, desperate and asking God for forgiveness.

This work is called "Meditation" because it is the time when Thais broods on the proposal of the monk to stop being pagan and become Christian.

A priori, perhaps the title of this book does not tell you anything, but to hear it is very easy for reconozcais because has been versioned a thousand times, and all kinds of instruments. The main melody is considered one of the most inspired and intimate French operatic repertoire ....¡ Massenet never imagined that it would recall about mainly by this piece of music!

The version you hear is good: for violin, harp and orchestra, and played by the great violinist Itzhak Perlman. I think you will find it more convenient to have the video from Youtube to go to the ipod the margin.
Hala, enjoy! Well

What Does Ear Wax Build Up Look Like

... also remember going to talk about gardening ...!

that: so many interesting routes to describe, so many exciting music to share ... I ended up forgetting that the third purpose of this blog, gardening, even at a low scale.

I have much to learn about this, and I hand it in several very dear friends with whom I share this hobby, and I learn every day. Some of them are amateurs like myself, but others are true masters in landscape architecture and botany. In my talks with them and virtual tours of their gardens and patios am taking many ideas that I hope will soon be reflected in my "green space" (our garden only has about 300 m2). Top

launching an inquiry (start well ...!): Do you know the name of this succulent? Every winter it "dies" and returns every spring to sprout.

Many of you know my garden for those who do not teach you a little how it looks in summer, when better is, of course, and so the differences in as found now be more evident.
There are gardens to the winter and especially fall, I feel good, but I'm afraid that is the case with mine.

This fall I had this grim look:

Considering that during the summer is more or less like a shadow .... all very fresh and leafy:

about a month ago came the gardeners to prune large trees, as each winter. Gerardo and Miguel spent pruning and clearing an entire day, and took a large container of branches and debris ... who would have thought that both would such a small place!

As you can see the bottom of the pool was not quite there ... is that they are hundreds of sheets in the wind. In this part I have two Meliá, a plane tree, a cypress and pine bushes, a laurel, a vineyard, a pomegranate, a yucca and spirea. By climbing the ivy walls, the real jasmine and some types of ivy.

After pruning and cleaning of debris, now looks like this, waiting for spring to do something ... it desperately needs!

The pool has a side wall in the summer is covered with ivy that put the red in autumn rojísimas spectacular. This year I hope to continue to grow and cover the wall as possible.

This other wall
is on one side of the porch is covered with climbing jasmine in spring and summer is completely white as jasmine ... smell seeps into the house and sometimes goes up to be sick ...! My neighbors tell me they do not cut it, as it also happened to their homes over the wall. We have scented half
neighborhood.

On the side of the house that connects with the entrance through the lobby, gives very little sun in summer, and absolutely nothing in winter, so the box who live here are so happy.
As they grow slowly, take several years at that size ... well, it is also true that Gerardo inculcating a snip like every time he comes.
With them I have an acacia, false pepper, mimosa (which until a few weeks ago has been yellow flowers ... what a shame not to have made some pictures) and an olive tree.

The arch you see in the end, up the stairs, covered with ivy and has .....¡ people! For several years, has a pair of colorful (goldfinches) each spring and always make your nest among the branches and leaves of the ivy, subject to the metallic structure of the arc. When they return this year, try to make a picture so you see them ... they are about sinvergüencillas and not afraid.

This one, also covered with ivy, is what gives access to the hall from the entrance of the house.

And finally I'll show you the house for rescued birds on a tour of some pine trees, is one which puts the Junta de Andalucía to take shelter various species of birds, and this was lying on the floor and shattered. Since I am a handyman (......), fixed it with some nails and hung on a pine, but has been around for several years ... and no bird has deigned to come close!

will be ungrateful to ...... welcoming it seems.

Before leaving I want to tell you that unfortunately I will not be able to be on the Journey of Resistance .... labor issues (which by the way, I guessed) I make this impossible, and 'm really sorry. So the next entry will not be the great adventure, what can we do.

Thank you all for your support!

In the Valley of Joy

The next day will take place February 19 VIII "Journey of Resistance" Granada, the Costa, a sporting event organized by the Hiking Club "The Verea" with the support of the Andalucian Mountain Climbing Federation, and consists of a circular route of 56 km route through several towns in the valley region Lecrin.

order to complete as many miles, the march will begin at 3.30 am in the morning on Saturday and is expected to last about thirteen hours, excluding stops for supplies and regrouping. According to the lists of participants, we are 254 walkers belonging to clubs throughout Andalusia and Extremadura and Castilla-la Mancha.
From our club, Hiking, let's go five.

We must have been the pot .... Although

The club had planned another trip, which we will participate in the crossing and some comrades have decided to do a section of the route to go, somehow, preparing. " So we track to Lecrín Valley, a beautiful area between Granada and the coast consists of several small villages close together, with common and particular idiosyncrasies, which makes removal of many Brits (there is a real colony living there ...), writers, musicians, artists and bohemians in general.

route between fertile orchards of orange and lemon trees that almost tempt our minds .... well, no "almost."

At Restábal ... could not hold back! These young people only think of fun ....

This area has a sort of microclimate quite soft because of its location, altitude and being a valley surrounded by mountains, not very high, but protect it from wind and cold, and enable local people for the cultivation of citrus fruits ( oranges, lemons, tangerines), something really rare for this area. As well, throughout the valley watered, that is a full-scale garden. The nickname "Valley of Happiness" comes from the time of the Arabs, who were able to assess the region so far as to make it the whole family cemetery of the last Moorish king, Boabdil.

Rise to the Ermita Cristo del Zapato, as the way "official" at the top is quite comfortable, we went up the firewall for that to do a little more durum. All the way smelled of almond blossoms.

Although we planned to do more miles, we finally left at 23, made in about 5 hours of running, because a small unexpected (by rain collapsed part of the tour), we had to shorten it. We started from Murchas and passed by Restábal, Melegís, the Ermita del Cristo del Zapato, (yes, that name is real, not out of Mortadelo and Philemon, and not to sound irreverent ...!), Pinos del Valle, Béznar reservoir, Béznar, Talara and from Murchas.

Atop the hill, the chapel. Within just is nothing but a replica of a painting of a Christ ...!, shoes and some image, some bouquets of flowers ... A site with stunning views over the whole area. And of course, with its corresponding legend on the original box that appeared in this same place and therefore the people of the region the shrine erected here, etc etc.

Although rather short, the route today was very nice because the course is superpintoresco: orange groves, lemon and tangerine trees laden with fruit, almond blossom entire hillsides coloring and perfuming the air with honey scent, ditches full of water accompanied much of the way and fairly mild temperatures for the dates that we are, and more in Granada.

Another one of the many legends of the entire region .... this source is in Pinos del Valle, right at the foot of the hill of Hermitage.

Certainly we have been very correct and we did not attack en masse to those great orange ... just as we passed by and had some dry mouth ... so yes, we must recognize that some naranjilla itself has fallen, and some lemongrass to "remember" ... well perhaps.

The descent to the reservoir of the path Béznar Alaux, a path came as the tale: all paved and surrounded by fragrant gardens, a delight indeed.

We could encircle Béznar tiling because of a landslide caused by recent rains, which have covered the sidewalk, so I turned around and through the trochar fields. This little boy tells us where we could make it more easily. More funny ...!

already near the end of the trip, we stumbled upon this almond field, why should I say more because the pictures speak for themselves .... but they have nothing to do with how it was in reality and how it smelled like flowers.

Next weekend is the big day I do not know if we all who want to participate, or if we can complete the test (for two of us is the first time), and where to get it to the end before we collect the "sag wagon" if you follow our senses after such an effort. But the desire is intact, I'll tell you what's all over.

These pictures have made Manolo Rosa and all so beautiful that has been very difficult to choose.

Ah, one last point: Manolo and Encarni, you were right .....¡ Carlos Jesus is not Christ Jesus ...! Jajajajajajajajajjaja
..... I had forgotten how good it was ....

Is Waxing Okay For A 16 Year Old Male

The eternal Cesar Franck Panis Angelicus

César Franck has been a composer for a long time is not the place that gave its fair share in the history of music. It is often presented in a misleading, hiding its complexity behind an outward appearance of little interest and a way to be gentle, affable, even naive.

Franck's life is also marked by great drama, high unbridled love .... companies or lived a life far from the glitz, quiet and extremely simple little llamativa.Vestido almost always black with an umbrella under his arm, looked like an ugly, scruffy and vulgar little man in the street.
There was nothing in him of arrogance or eloquence, no trace of him could be seen as the great composer who actually was. The real Franck is entirely in his music .... that's where you can encontrársele, where you can uncover.

Born in 1822 in Liege in the midst of a very humble family, and his father, a man frustrated by the mediocrity and modesty of his life, encouraged him to begin his musical studies at the Conservatory of his hometown. When little Caesar began to show signs of his genius, the family moved to Paris in 1835 so he could continue his training at the prestigious Paris Conservatory. His father, a somewhat obsessive personality, I wanted to reach as high and therefore forced him to study without break, which the young, docile nature, was subject to their chagrin.
.
When finished school and got a teaching post at the Conservatory, decided to marry his student Eugenie. Caesar had already served 22 years, but even so his father opposed the marriage, a fact that has to trigger the breakdown final between the two.
were married and had four children. Those years were difficult as he pulled out his family working in earnest at the Conservatory and also teaches at home, and although I felt the itch of the composition, this work had to be pushed aside by real lack of time.

But in 1858, a fortunate circumstance changed his life: he was appointed organist of the church of Santa Clotilde, on the banks of the Seine, under the devoted himself body and soul until he died in 1890. Through the body
said it best himself, located "between heaven and earth and become the interpreter of the aspirations of men before God," as he put it.
Up on the porch of the basilica, the teacher sometimes spread the voice soft and trembling, some terrible and deep body for all areas of the temple, finally giving life to their creations and improvisations. Become the soul and intelligence of the instrument, captivated and deeply moved every one came to listen.

His reputation as an exceptional organist was increasing over the years, they called for recitals at all churches, and demonstrated its giant size of his greatest masterpieces, oratorios, masses, choral, chamber music .... were fertile moments in the history of French music.

pious and noble his character earned him all kinds of friends ... when he died and his funeral took place in the church of Santa Clotilde, "his" church, a huge crowd of friends, faithful and even beggars who it every day dispensing charity to enter the church, came to thank seen the joy and comfort received through his music.

His posthumous glory, beginning .....

deeply religious man, was always guided by its mission to bring men to God through his music. Today's work is a motet (small piece of a religious nature) that is part of a collection written in 1871. It is a short choral originally conceived for organ and choir or solo, full of faith and sincerity, and discovers the fertility of his talent even in these musical miniatures. JS Bach's spiritual heir, romantic by nature, classic inclination, Christian by conviction, always honest, always true, always true to his ideal .... Frank is a composer César eternal.

The version you hear is the incredible soprano Kiri Te Kanawa to the accompaniment of organ and orchestra. (As you can see, this time you have the video, instead of having to go to the ipod in the right margin).

I learned about this piece when it was part of the choir of the conservatory in my student years .... and I have to admit that not once of the many who read it, ceased to thrill.

If you want to know some more work, I suggest the Sonata for violin and piano in A major, at least, hear the first movement of the four that comprise ... Not let you indifferent!
