How To Make Fire Bricks

Lucero Güéjar-Castillejo-Sierra-Granada Purche

Meet the winter ....

I love that expression of eighteenth century English, "meet with the station," which refers to the traditional ways that rural people about to put his body and his soul following in your daily routine, rhythm the natural world: autumn, sow summer, harvest, winter stand still ... the day was for the activity, the night to rest.

In January, after breakfast it is still dark. Before dinner, it's dark. The cold mornings, gray, wet and muddy make this look like the longest month of the year .... At five in the afternoon, the curtains are drawn and the lamps lit and the fire crackling in the stove. The winter nights are long and dark, with a blackness that you have not seen before unless you've raised in the countryside ....

One of the good things about winter.

But in the city's power allows us to easily erase the boundaries between day and night and between winter and summer. Not "comply" with nothing but our daily frenzy of being on time at our jobs, filling the fridge, dealing with our schedules and obligations and not be too physically and emotionally exhausted at night.

Maybe we should stop a moment to "look at the winter with winter eyes" (Winter Eyes, saying the British) and rediscover the delights of January: friendly fires of fragrant woods, a cup of hot chocolate, fresh air, cheeked by cold, winter walks in the countryside, a fascinating read .... waiting just around the end of the January the first month of the year, represents those first notes, such as an orchestra tuning instruments before the start of the concert.

One thing is clear: the people of this small matter trail leads to the end ...! It can be
freezing, pouring rain, hailing, snowing ,..... off we're going to try to drop the planned route as it falls. Of course, to "watch the eyes winter winter" no one can beat us.

Güéjar Sierra, our starting point.

Just as last week they fell on a good snowfall in full swing and yet, in a display infinity (and earlier!) Of courage and knowledge to be completed the trek montañeril Nevertheless, today we apencado with temperatures so low that they have cowed to an Eskimo.

a Sunday again, our intrepid group Shining Path has returned to challenge boldly to the weather, going up those icy sidewalks very well equipped with coats, gloves, hats and other paraphernalia.

This is what we like ...!

We have crossed the graceful and dignified people under the astonished gaze of the few locals who were in the street, and we looked like a bunch of bored with too much time and too little fear of flu, and finished the route without more problems than some faces and hands were petrified by the cold ... so much so that the stop "official" food only lasted a few minutes!

Eating "official" in the Source of Brown.

(I think at this point perhaps, and to be honest, I should mention the stop "off" ... in a tavern halfway through the trip, where we have lingered for a while before a great range wood, some beers, some of the country copillas wort and a crumb saucers that were warm in death.)

Food "unofficial" in the restaurant " Purche. "
;
From the mountain village of Sierra Güéjar to Granada capital, through the Castillejo, has been a rutilla about 20 kms and approximately 5 hours of walking .....
(Not bad, considering that it's January ...)

El Castillejo, ruins of an Arab minifortaleza.

Our blight has been also irreplaceable, but today have not been needed their "services": the path loss was not possible ...!

Blight peering serene horizon, knowing his worth.

Two members of the club
walker "Rompebotas" have joined us today, and come with us more often from now. Welcome!

These pictures are JJPadial, Pepe Montenegro, Victoria and our newly released Manjón Antonio.
Antonio has some very interesting albums on the page of "Rompebotas" see "the pictures of the Rompebotas" and then to "the pictures of Mary and Anthony."

Before closing the entry I would like to have a memory for the composer John Barry, who died today at age 77. Some may not sound the name, but surely if you listen to his music instantly recognize them .... that's the magic of this universal language. The ipod
the right side you have what could be the "soundtrack" of this post, is the music that became known to most: the main theme of the movie "Out of Africa".
John Barry and is immortal ...!

Mrs.james Appeared At The Clinic

Preparing a new season

Hi everyone! resuming contact in the hot January 2011 choosing repertoire, with new projects and the desire to always renewed. Those who wish to join our choir will be welcome, as always, the requirements are a commitment to rehearsals and performances and of course singing in a refined and beautiful, nothing more than that.

In the previous post we announced our first concert of 2010, which was a true hinge, and it literally was the final balance was a lot of growth in individual and group aspects. We were able to realize a trip to Fray Bentos, Uruguay. There we received the Association Coral Fray Bentos, the director: Beatriz Rostan and all the people gave us a special day, we attended wonders, simply, with the magic that only people have genuine, sincere. We can not wait to come back to share again, this time here in Buenos Aires
Then, on the end of the year, we reported to the Immaculate Conception church Devoto, one of the many beautiful churches we have here in Bs Ace went back to alternate chamber music with soloists, duets, quartets and choral music, with the church full of people and a beautiful concert thus closed the public presentations.
also recorded some works being registered in Kedrov Pater noster, The Lord bless you and keep you Rutter and Pledge, a bolero
Matamoros

Left two links last thing we recorded:

THE REAL STRENGTH OF THE GROUP THAT IS COVERED BY THE INDIVIDUAL WEAKNESSES!

Facial Hair Generator

The choral music of John Rutter

Last summer we were in Scotland, I knew we were not going to come back in a long time over the days we spent there, tried that nothing left for us to see and do.

And one of the things that were pending was attending a Protestant church service ..... so obvious that they put their faces when I said in the church of Fort William (the village where we were) had service 11 o'clock that morning, and we went there.

As we approached the church, we found that the pastor was getting to the parishioners at the door, one by one ... I went and asked permission to asist with all due respect to the service. With infinite surprise face, I very kindly asked several questions to which I replied trying to be very compelling, yes, we are Catholic, yes, are from outside (thought Italian) yes, we want to participate in a Protestant service know .... finally invited us.

This is the church ... I do not remember his name.

As we are accustomed to seeing in movies, nothing was missing: there was the celebrant, choir, organ, organist ....( that looked very old, and found that playing fine).
We gave our Bibles and books of Psalms, and began the ceremony.
Throughout the service
dominated the singing of psalms. Almost after every intervention of the "cure", they sang some, and more and more beautiful. Since we had the books, we could easily follow the text and understand what they sang.
The organist played, the choir sang a beautiful melody, all perfectly cohesive voice in a chorus, of course, did not seem professional ...! Attendees also sang, we just imbued with that perfect music for the occasion, and even at times joined them in the choruses.

The experience proved to be very interesting, and when it was over and people approached us and asked if we liked and browse awhile, we lacked time to be interested in the music and its author: John Rutter.

My daughter was then part of the school chorus, superbly directed by Pilar, a former colleague during the years of the Conservatory, and with whom I spoke of those parts for both choir and piano we had liked .... shortly after our kids were singing these same songs.

Since then, many works John Rutter are the repertoire of our choir.

John Rutter is an English choirmaster who also composed religious-themed works always.
now 65, lives in Cambridge, England, and gives concerts with choral societies throughout the world. He composed from small individual songs to complete masses through collections of carols, psalms, tunes, etc. His catalog is extensive, and almost exclusively devoted to choral music.

Today's music is one of their songs more famous, the "Angel's Carol", which is usually performed in a version for choir and piano or choir and orchestra. I bring the very choir of Rutter, The Cambridge Singers, a choral ensemble of voices so perfect that sometimes can not believe they sing live.

Although I personally prefer the version for piano and children's choir .... be professional bias. Judge for yourselves!

Pain Behind Knee With Red Line

Guájar Fondón-La Guindalera-Molvizar, and the apotheosis of chance

Yes .... what was expected to be a familiar route without any complications except "subidilla" the hill of Guindalera has finally become a sort of Every Man for Himself both the upstream and down, for different reasons .....

Guájar Fondón, the beginning of the route.

of a group of about 26 walkers (... have you noticed how it was going to be fine!) And a dog, has proved to be the latter that has had more common sense along the route . And could have stopped ... group guide! Not for nothing is a labrador (black, as good as the bread and called Blight). Same with their survival instincts we rights would have taken half our destination!

started walking on a sidewalk perfect ...

I would say that our club is the best walker de Granada, at least for me and it is ... no shortage among our people the "veterans" who have spent decades touring the mountains and are known by heart to the name of every village and every ravine, the "modern" well known routes , take over (and is not to say) all kinds of next-generation devices such as GPS and walkie talkies .... and the "understood" that with a map update are able to find any route for loss that is ....

Well, despite all this deployment of personnel, the route today and it has had to grace while there was a way we have not had a problem, and the whole group close together and good conversation. As the path has been steep and narrow ... .... we have started to separate farther and farther away from each other ....

Very nice everything ... go not so fast!

When the village has begun to be impassable, almost closed by vegetation, our friend Luis has been removed from that bag infinite leads (hence could get anything ...!) a small pruning shears with has been cleared up a little bush path. But still, despite several stops of "reunification", the group has become a chorreíllo subgroups of 5 or 6 members or less, looking everyone the way to the way ...!!

Luis
hard at work trimmer.

Luckily for some stretches of chaotic rise, we saw each other through such unspeakable rage and orange shirts bearing phosphorite some fellow club members and protruding from the white almond blossom in a way almost obscene.

No more words ...

the end we all come to the whole Guindalera summit, and there we rested and fed, and just thinking that we had the fall ... which, incidentally, has exceeded expectations more daring than we could have had compared to a fall "fun "...!

course ... for a variety of colors camisetiles not be ...!

few years ago, the slope down which we had suffered a fire, and what was a pine with a clear path that crosses it is now ....... a treeless hill occupied entirely by gorse, scrub and skewers of all kinds, that have made our descent to a pure peeling Molvizar hands, arms, legs and even back.

And of course, with such chaos vegetable ... there was no sign on the sidewalk!

Falling promised ... and of course we were not disappointed.

So were our companions looked and looked again and GPS maps, each proposing a different way ... Even some of us said, "That you let the gps and maps, to orient you have to do is look to the horizon ...!" Finally, and after clearing a little off with our bodies, we found the lost path and come to town without further setbacks.

Indeed ... the first that has come to the village was blight!

Blight, our unsung hero, receiving congratulations from a couple of fellow canines.

Molvizar At the entrance, a rested village women sitting on wooden benches along the river .... dressed in black, with serene faces, and probably younger than they seem, we have looked slightly surprised and told us, knowing where we came from:
"Damn, if there is not nobody ....!"

If that city .... these people have some occurrences ...!

But best of all, you had a great time with these "adventures" of which the oldest are many .... and we are to everyone else ...!

photos that are watching are Pepe Montenegro and Carlos Luengo. You know what to do if you want to see the full reports.

Olay Facial Moisturizer For Pregnant

JOB ENRICHMENT

The time when a worker was engaged all day at a monotonous and repetitive function such as tightening a bolt on an assembly line, they are definitely gone. Today has been a repetitive task as creating job dissatisfaction, discouragement, frustration and, paradoxically, also stress because the employee feels that he has no control over their work.

But the challenge today is greater, and is to enrich the job. The enrichment of the job is an approach that seeks to redesign jobs to increase motivation and job satisfaction.

In general, the posts are enriched by allowing employees to take on greater responsibilities and new functions, thus allowing a more diverse, learning new ones, and this leads to greater motivation, better quality to the work itself, and increased satisfaction. It also means a challenge, who can show potentials own takes on some of which had earlier failed to realize. The enrichment of the job, gets a full agreement with the polyfunctionality.

There are many ways to enrich the job. One of the best known and practiced has been, since time-job rotation, so that the employee more fully mastered all tasks or functions of a company, the best known case is the rotation of positions that banks do.

Another way is to give a more complete responsibility for what you are doing and the tools you use, if it is a driver, who has at least some involvement in the maintenance and minor repairs of the vehicle, for example. Another novel way to enrich the work is to link the employee with customers. In a garage for example, would be interesting to converse mechanics with customers, and we explain directly some flaws and doubts.

A more complete control to organize, and greater responsibility for the outcome of what he does, can also be rewarding. This provides greater autonomy and less external control. Even some companies that give employees some freedom in the choice of schedules.
Try to have a more holistic and less skilled, may be another way. Sometimes the tasks are so specialized that it loses sight of the whole, as the case of the operator of the bolt. You could also try a repair mechanical failures, out to prove himself to the car, or participate in the purchase parts.

Finally, there are many ways to enrich the workplace, and this depends on the creativity of the human resources manager, as well as the direct supervisor and the employees themselves. All this allows the person to learn new functions, better serve the business and eventually be better prepared if it ends its relationship with her. Therefore, everyone wins.

However, there are people at work do not want any complications, and may prefer not to take the challenge. But it is the less, because in general when people are given confidence, they provide new challenges and are given some freedom over their own work, usually respond well.
