What Is The Tuition At Yale?

Things that make no sense to Roger

From this week onwards, and forever, I have become older than you.

The objective, empirical way I can think to compare the lives of two people is counting the days that fill. It's absurd, I know, but I can only think to do so.

remember that small to be a few days more symbolized power, experience and importance. To the extent that your close friend of ten days was put up just to say that was older than you. But no, you were the oldest of the three. For the truly major, did not play to that, he sat apart and boats while we read about three paveábamos :)

I was always the youngest, not three, but all down to the last day 21, I turned twenty-nine, five months and sixteen days. What are the days you counted before that, two months, two weeks and two days have you stopped.

do not know if you enter here will be wrong (do not know if he does not know and will know what I mean just reading). I would tell it like you counting days, as you plant things, break it down to understand it, but like I could not tell up with numbers and keep a minimal sense, I've tried enough times to know that words can not. You could not even explain it so that he understood.

But not bother me. Because friends are supportive and I am your friend, even now that you've allowed to be older than you.

What Does Wet Cervical Mucous Mean

Intermezzo Opus 117 No. 1 Johannes Brahms

The third German B ...
(Johannes Brahms, Beethoven and Bach with the group as "the three B German," the greatest composers of that country.)
Johannes Brahms was a man seemingly contradictory: his work reveals an exceptional sensitivity, extreme tenderness and delicacy of feeling, which contrasts with their appearance in real life. Many seemed a man rude, sarcastic, gargantuan, greedy and sloppy (although it was quite handsome, with his Nordic appearance, never cared for his appearance). But this apparent contradiction was only that in the end, the truth is that her beauty was above all in his kindness and generosity of spirit. He composed his final tearful piano works, watched all his life, his feelings of love and reflected in all his work the best feelings of a generous and noble soul.

Born in 1833, and came from a family so humble that since I was a child had to help the family economy playing the piano in the slums of the slums of Hamburg, their hometown, surrounded by sailors and prostitutes, and where he experienced such harsh conditions that would mark the for life.

seems that such experiences pushed him to become a being sullen and surly in their dealings with others, especially women, from those who always distrusted and despised most of the time. But for some of his biographers, that fact also led him to live a "parallel life" on then focusing on your inner world and his music, which would overturn all that really was inside: kindness, generosity, sensitivity and tenderness.

As he grew older and matured, his fame as a pianist, choir director and composer grew in the same measure, it was souring his character began to make known for his rudeness with the ladies, especially the aristocracy, and its withdrawal in the presence of more people.

But all that changed when he met the Schumann family. This relationship is one of the most moving and interesting occurred between two artists ... The great Robert Schumann (composer dedicated) and his wife Clara (pianist of the time) failed to see the young to a new "elected" supported him, helped and welcomed into his family, was a friendship that would last the rest of their lives. The generosity of Robert and Clara, the young Brahms gave significant support not only for his career as a musician but also great moments of personal happiness.

Over time, Johannes had the opportunity to give back much more than delivery: when Robert Schumann went mad and finally died, the youth was the great support and company of Clara and her seven children, she had to return to give piano concerts and classes to raise her family and certainly without the tremendous comfort and support Johannes economic, and by then a renowned musician, could not have done.

However, in the heart of the great musician had not only love and gratitude to Clara, also a great love for her and her children all the meanness he had for himself, (he will go with the gloves broken Viennese winter) became total selflessness and generosity when was to help them financially. We know he came to express through letters to Clara his enormous love for her-in person was incapable of doing, "and also seemed to correspond Clara: but the great friendship and respect that bound them together with some reluctance to" betray Robert memory ", which both had wanted thus prevented them from anything else.

Throughout his life he was linked with other women, which never really paid much attention, all his life he was aware of that ideal and platonic relationship with Clara Schumann ... So when she died, Brahms was never the same, even said he sensed his own death and, and indeed it was: the death overtook him less than a year after his beloved Clara on April 3, 1897 , in Vienna, 64.

died alone. Clara never wanted to marry, she accounted for the musician the paradigm of Platonic love and sublimated, always close but never reached, and only able to express fully abstract and universal language: its music.

is

With Brahms very difficult, if not impossible, to choose "work."

For starters I found this great little piece for piano solo, part of a collection of three: the opus 117, is the first of three: a lullaby.
This collection is more along with some similar features, the latest works that Brahms wrote: At the end of his life, after composing all sorts of musical genres with great success (symphonies, chamber music, concertos various instruments and orchestra, choral works, etc), wanted to close the circle of his life, looking back and to himself .... turning their expertise in these short pieces for solo piano, his instrument of the soul.

They say, old man, when he sat at the piano and wrote the music, he was moved to tears while soaking his beard ....

In these short pieces Brahms resume their know-how: a complex harmony, an elaborate evolution of issues and a subtle piano writing that almost takes the form of personal confession. Seemingly simple, requires a large technical mastery of the instrument, especially regarding the control of the sound, and above all, a great musical. All have the same structure into three distinct parts by the very nature of each item. This is part of the score of what's playing.

These works are part of the repertoire of every pianist, I like many versions, today I propose that of the French pianist Helene Grimaud because I think the most out of them.
I told you that you hear is the first of three parts, I encourage you to listen to the other two are in this Youtube link.

Hope you like it who are not know it: to those who already have heard, I'm sure you love ... to me this piece comes to me in a special way (bearing in mind that Brahms is one of my biggest weaknesses).
I used to play it when I was pregnant, and when the baby was born ... I assure you recognize this music!

RESEARCH: A QUARTER OF LEADERS HAVE NOT HAD ANY STRESS AUDIT PREPARATION

58% of managers have never been trained for leadership

A New Career Builder survey found that more than one quarter (26%) of company executives say they have begun lead others without being prepared to lead, and that 58% of managers said they never received any training for leadership. Even so, 59% of workers believe that your supervisor does a good or excellent job.

Most often, leaders come to occupy a new job and are greeted by everyone as if they naturally had to know how to lead their teams and how to properly perform his duties to be led. But this perception is not always correct: not the leader who comes always feels ready to lead others and, on many occasions, is truly prepared. Training in this field is essential.

Challenges for managers, and leaders in general are many and should be taken into account by the teams that are in an organization, as those who hire them and are in charge of development options professional.

A New Career Builder survey has revealed that, indeed, more than a quarter (26%) managers have been shown not ready to lead when he began to lead others, and 59% said they had never received any training on how to exercise leadership and management. The survey was conducted online among 2,482 U.S. contractors and 3,910 employees (all U.S. companies, and over 18 years). Challenges

leaders
Leaders are aware that their positions are prestigious and represent opportunities for personal and professional development but at the same time, they know very well that there are significant challenges in some cases, difficult to overcome, and that can become obstacles to the proper discharge of their duties.

According to the CareerBuilder survey, 25% of managers believe that the main challenge to the lead time is to address issues between co-workers of the equipment itself, 22% feel it is to motivate members team, 15% believe it has to do with performance reviews, 15% believe it is to find the necessary resources to support the team, and 12% feel that it is creating work patterns for staff.
Rosemary Haefner, vice president of human resources of Career Builder, described in the press release of the polling firm that: "The good skills management can positively affect productivity, performance and morale in general. We see more companies investing in management training programs to develop leaders of today and tomorrow. "

Although the figures show that a significant number of leaders have never received training to lead their teams and that many did not feel ready to do it when they faced the challenge, according to the survey, most workers are satisfied with the performance of their direct supervisors: 59% of them feel that your boss makes a good or excellent job, and only 20% feel it has a bad or very bad performance.

employee complaints

Although most employees say they are happy with the performance of their bosses, the workers there are some common concerns regarding the performance of those who lead: 23% workers feel that their bosses have favorites, 21% says that do not meet their promises, 21% said they do not listen to concerns, 20% said they do not provide feedback on a regular basis, 17% said that not motivate, and 14% said that they only provide negative feedback.

When it comes corporate leaders, 50% of the employees feel that their leadership teams are doing an excellent or good job, and 23% feel that the performance is bad or poor.

For these leaders, the concerns of employees are as follows: 40% of employees feel that corporate leaders do not make enough effort to listen to employees and to improve morale, 33% feel that there is enough transparency and that these leaders do not communicate openly and honestly, 30% say that there are significant changes without notice, 27% consider that labor costs and productivity demands are unreasonable, 21% feel not motivate them, and 20% said that corporate leaders have stopped investing in employee development.

The survey figures show two sides of the coin: on one hand, most employees recognize the good performance of its leaders but on the other, there is a general awareness of many limitations in the leadership tasks that must be taken into account by companies to improve both employee morale and overall productivity. Water On Floor Of Saturn

Cumbres Verdes - Heart Watermelon - Dílar

Human nature is often a mystery, and according to my friend Diego, in the case of women again, "we are all cut from the same cloth."
do not know if I agree with him on this issue, I think you better think about it tomorrow ", but the fact is that, after toil for weeks to return to a climb to the Peak of Heaven, this Sunday I turned down two different offers to go there ...! It is true that the "no" was justified in both cases, but I'm sure that some time ago would not have served any reason, justified or not. Everyone says that "change is good" and that "change your mind is wise." ... I'm not exactly a wise, but I changed my mind.

may still last me the cathartic effect of my experience last weekend in Cuenca ...

So I met with the program and I went with my Club as a good partner to the planned route: from the development of Green Summit, spanning virtually the entire mountain chain Alayos to the village of Dílar. Have been about 24 kms of trails not too difficult, with some increase Fuertecillo, but not at all uncomfortable. In some parts of the trail, very loose and sandy, falls apart if you step on it, with the danger of a good stretch or roll an ankle esguinzarte ... bah, nothing that I do not happened before ...!

The path we took at the start of the route leaves the Alayos to our right as a sense of place, is a very rugged mountainous limestone mini and a classic of the middle and lower mountain in Sierra Nevada. None of his most iconic peaks (the Heart of the Watermelon and the Picacho Alto) over 2000 m altitude, but with that face so rocky, the place looks like a tiny Himalayan. And when it snows The views of all this are the most spectacular.

Among the path that we and those mountains plunges noisily Dílar River, which forms a valley typical "V", and that during the spring and early summer has been so much water by thawing sometimes really hard to find a site where you can cross it ... we, brave and experienced walkers as they come, not lose composure and dignity, even crossing the river by "bridges" as rustic as it .. . We must have courage!

whole area is afforested with pine forests and woodland, giving a pretty green to this part and sandy arid Sierra Nevada, and at this time, with gorse, rosemary, wild roses and almost all in bloom, and hope has been continuously a true "tea field ... I had long since passed here, and today I found particularly beautiful.

The group has been formed by 19 walkers also have done a real tour de force "to make all the path to a walking pace rather Fuertecillo, but has been very good to all. We have not gone to any peak, we have to cross surrounded all minimacizo Alayos and continue the path towards the village of Dílar, just over side of the mountains.
(Well, our compiled Alberto itself has jumped and has risen to one of the rocky outcrops that we had more close, by the thing "that he is not "...).
Here you our hero.

From any point that we, Sierra Nevada will watch from the white up to their "three thousand "...¡ no place to go, it is not as background! Must see is beautiful.

With the usual paraditas to regroup, eat, uncomment (like say Antonio Gala), relax, chat and laugh for a while, ended the day hiking in the village about five in the afternoon. Today has not been (barely) cliques parallel formations, and we have almost all the way all more or less together, which is fine for a change! Only three partners have decided to return for another way to shorten the route a bit.

These pictures are from Antonio, Manolo (you know, the plans and profiles), and Carlos, to see all the day, you know you are in the page Club.

Enchanted April

What is a spell?

A spell is a desire organized, passionate, creative and personal, which is sent to the Universe "in memtem" and becomes a sort of "prayer-D" that involves all the senses. Somehow, it appeals to something far more powerful than just wishful thinking ....( and, given how well things went, I guess this spellcasting not give us anything wrong.)
The Universe is magical and we are all more or less than the personal expression of that magic, for very different we are, if occasionally (only occasionally when!) we followed our intuition, without allowing any time to keep us from our daily habits to take some "crazy decision" would find that would not come out of our wonder.

A trip to the curiosity, and the high expectations, trust in relationships, to exchange stories and experiences, to laugh uncontrollably and even good-byes with tears, could prove it work some as a cure-all prescription.
Any day can be a perfect opportunity to discover the wisdom of having ignored (for once) and do not have fought back to that intuition, that longing, that change, most of us have spent their lives "looking" at this stage of life, it is time now to "find "...?

Believe it or not, this entry is musical, but today I'm too stunned to talk about anything, so I give you basic information and if you want to know more, then you know ...
Mormon Tabernacle Choir The choir (and you know it in other entries) interprets the song "You'll Never Walk Alone" ("Never Walk Alone '), Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein, composed in 1945 for a Broadway musical , and because of its success, has become a classic.

goes for all of us, girls ... we are in the picture and no ...!

This is the translation of the letter:

"When you walk through the storm Hold your head high
,
And do not be afraid of the dark;
At the end of the storm find
sunlight And the sweet silver song of a lark.
continues on through the wind,
Go through the rain Though your dreams be
break into pieces.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart ,
And never walk alone You'll never walk alone
.
Walk, walk on with hope in your heart,
And never walk alone You'll never walk alone
.

Monster Energy Ear Gauges

Nerja - Frigiliana (Málaga)

All week we had a great time in Granada, not spring up at times ... heat wave ...!
But that never fails: just glimpse the weekend ... puffs that give way to clouds and by the raincoats and umbrellas.
This Sunday the world has fallen in Granada city, but at least for a day, has caught us the case in the province of Malaga, and not anywhere: between the towns of Nerja and Frigiliana, at the foot of the mountains south of Almijara, nothing less. These two peoples are well known, one for its beaches (well, no mention know if that was the scene of the shooting outside of that series, do you remember ...? "Verano Azul") and the other for being one of the most beautiful towns in Andalusia (has national awards for this.) See this overview ... with kitty included (bottom you should see the sea, but as the day it was not clear, for nothing).

Our rutilla on Sunday consisted of going from one village to another, crossing paths, sidewalks, canals and river channels a bit of the foot of the Sierra de la Almijara, which this time of year is spring floral euphoria unleashed in (to the misfortune, of course, some of our fellow club, which in some cases have not been able to come in the spring allergies, and others have somewhat regular to go through depending on what areas ... sneezing, coughing and itching of arms and face have been today's agenda).

You see, in the plane can see the road from one village to another, and in the profile, the distance in kms (in this case ... but 17.2 GPS with fellow was more distance). The increases appear strong but not so: the sidewalks make gradual and almost hardly you find out that you climb.

The day that started quite bold in terms of time is concerned, little by little we have been allowed to finish the trip without getting wet ... and just as the hours passed, the clouds have been lifted and we have discern much of the beautiful mountains surrounding us. In this era are so green that anyone swear as part of a large garden, fragrant of all kinds, palm, gorse, esparto in bloom, jaraleras, countless wildflowers names very rare and very local ... the which is a typical Mediterranean forest and very well preserved by the way. I have thought of a few friends to whom would love to see this ...

This way we have done goes slowly in the mountains, and soon we took a path that has left us in the beautiful canal of the river Chillar ... water passes through it is so clean and so fresh and turquoise photos will ever do justice. Part of the route we did, you see, balancing on the edge of the canal and the soft murmur of the water alongside ... Nature's pure music to me.

This canal leads to a small dam where there is a "Pantaneto" and it takes the water a few feet below is the actual course of Chillar, diminished by this little "theft" ... but just nice if the carry all, with its white stone Lechill.

Crossing the river the trail starts to climb, and at a point between up and down we stopped to eat the sandwich ... at this stage of the day, of course, our group was already divided into two "camps": the "conservative", not changing the routes and follow the route mapped out, and the "anarchist" (Which I have always been united, if we strip the mountain goat), which seeks to lengthen everything you can ...!
But today, for the first time, I dropped my duty as a goat and I took things more calmly ... you know I've been all over the birthday weekend, and one night he stayed only , just over 2 hours takes its toll, especially if it meets my age (........) and the next day is to make a hiking route ...!
So all day with the face of "Corpse Bride" and making heroic efforts to keep eyes open to see if I learn that not everything can be done because I have not precisely 20 years.

Everyone we met at lunch and finished our route as a formal group, to reach the Alto de la Garza, we had no choice but to stop because the views were so incredible they have to be crazy not to look if only a time.

This

below, the higher is the Morning Star ... I know her because you have raised with me a while ago.

distant waterfalls, mountains, Nerja from afar with the sea in the background ... Do you remember my accident a few months ago just before the summit of a peak ...? Peak is heaven and I have it behind me ... my Victoria compete surprised me with his picture while talking to him and told him not to be so quiet, that soon I will go there ... and this time they'll get up!

Near the end of the trip, we dropped into the riverbed Higuerón, as nice as his friend Chillar, and the bed as white and as clean as the water. After crossing and reaching the Pool of Bataan, which is a pond that stores water for irrigation and that is spectacular in size and depth, we finally reached Frigiliana.

And in the village, we have taken a stroll through the crowded streets clean and well groomed (oh, Lord) that we are not education have been looking at one another with our hair, our backpacks, our boots and our paints have spent the day walking through those fields. No, no, we were not so bad, haha \u200b\u200b... the end of the day was the beer on the terrace of rigor, and my "Happy Birthday" sung by my compis ... and one of the times , even in English ...! In the end, it has been raining and we umbrellas out .... but I'm sure the songs of my friends have nothing to do with it.

The beautiful pictures that you are seeing today have Angus, Padi, Pepe, Antonio, Vicente and Manuel (and also as always, does the level and profile). You know they are all in the club page.
